LEGO: Home One Mon Calamari Star Cruiser

Today, I got the LEGO Home One Mon Calamari Star Cruiser from I don’t know where to put it, since it’s bigger than the display box I put my other Ackbar stuff in.

I’m extra pleased since the set was a 2009 exclusive priced around $110, and I was able to find it on Amazon for around $80.

It’s a really great set, other than the stickers in place of printed pieces for the control panels (grrr). Six minifigures (two Mon Cals!) and great playability, with the A-wing docking bay area and Ackbar’s movable chair. I’m considering getting other Rebel minifigures just to fill in the briefing room.

I haven’t really bought any Star Wars LEGO sets in a while, but I don’t think I’ll ever really outgrow LEGO. I’m so happy. So very happy.

It’s hard to outgrow Lego! I just spent 50 bucks on a clearance set – and that was an impulse buy. So good to be an adult fan when you have slightly more pocket money than as a kid 😀
